MTGG looks at one of the new Worldwake cards Dragonmaster Outcast! More spoilers will be updated tomorrow yes we are behind. We will also be combining all the spoilers into one page to make it a little less confusing. Remember to check out the MTGG store selling Magic The Gathering cards and supplies! Dragonmaster Outcast a new Worldwake card I’ve seen on alot of MTG sites. Some people are using its great artwork to represent Worldwake. This card I would have to say is decent but there is alot of things I do and don’t like about it. I’ll give you the run up on the pros and cons of the card!

Pros and Cons

Worldwake Spoilers lately some have been disappointing others have been awesome. Dragonmaster Outcast I don’t like that well. When you first look at the card you see it costs ONE red mana and you see its decent ability then you look and there it is…a 1/1. Dragonmaster Outcast being a 1/1 puts it in danger of one of the main things in the metagame and that is removal. The other side to it is that you might get at least one 5/5 dragon out of this guy I wouldn’t expect more before it dies. More importantly in a good burn or Jund deck you might be dead before sixth turn making the card completely pointless and I would definately sideboard it out between games if you even put it in the deck.

Some things I like about Dragonmaster Outcast is the artwork. I’m always fascinated by the artwork of most of the MTG cards and they always seem to be getting better and better. Another thing is the card is cheap, if you can figure out a way to pull of the ability before it dies it is only for one red mana anyways so it could never hurt right? A good place for this card would be in a red green Eldrazi Deck. Giving Dragonmaster Outcast indestructibility would help exempt it from removal cards like lightning bolt. Also it wouldnt be late game if it was ran with mana ramp which with red green would be good for it
